Please rest assured that this is a name change only—there will be no changes required from you as a patient. Your care team, appointments, and our commitment to your health will remain the same. All existing services and contact information will continue as usual.

Refills: Kelsey will be out of the country and unable to send refills. Please speak with your pharmacy and have your refill request sent in NO LATER than 12/22/25. Refills sent in after 12/22/25 will be refilled on or after 1/2/26.
Family Partnership of Central Florida
With the help of our amazing practice, 15 foster children in Brevard County will have all their Christmas wishes under the tree! We only have 2 children who need gifts from Santa. Please reach out to Christy if you would like to donate.
